Encouragements

A little something from church today. Today's society seriously lack encouragements. Especially so in Singapore. Instead of saying "you have done well", we say "you could have done better". We think we are building the person up, but instead we are tearing him down. Think it's something that Jack Neo tried to raise during his movie "I Not Stupid 2". We really need to start giving more encouragements to the people around us. It really does make a difference.
